The East Virumaa investment seminar 2016 was held on the 8th and 9th December, which was organised by Finnish Embassy, Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Tartu University Narva College.

On the seminar the presenters made an overview of Estonian economy current situation, development trends and different East Virumaa investment objects were introduced as fast developing area. The banquet organised by Finnish Embassy was held in Narva castle.
On second day the tour to different local investment projects were made.

Mart Lee partner of Investment Agency Property Advisor also presented the „Sea Gate - Opened to the sea“ and introduced the 6.2 ha development project with total of 53 000 m2 of residential and around 20 000 m2 of commercial (Hotel SPA) development area. The detail plan process was started in Narva-Jõesuu in fall of 2016.
