    OÜ Investment Agency Property Advisor signed development service contract for Viimsi, Lubja village 9.27ha property. 

    The property consist of 5 plots and part of it has detail plan for social land. IAPA has signed a contract with HENDRIKSON & Ko to finish the detail plans for rest of the properties and get them approved.

    The goal is to separate the property into 26 private residential premises with total are between 1,500 to 2,000 m². 

    Property is located in beautiful rapidly developing area in Viimsi Parrish. The property is surrounded with forest under Nature protection.
    Development has good transport connections and this year Viimsi Parrish will start the construction of local day care around 200 m away and 2 km away from Viimsi centre.

    Since 2013, the company is dealing with the new development at Suur-Lootsi 1 and 1d, in Narva-Jõesuu. This is a former area of a fishermen collective farm, which from one side is bounded by the Narva river, being also the EU border and from the other side by the sea, at a distance of 100 metres. The area of the plots is 5.26 ha.
    We are currently preparing the terms of reference for drawing up the draft project and compiling a detailed plan, according to which the area will be covered with a block of flats, row-houses, a hotel, cafeterias and a small-craft harbour. All buildings, the harbour and recreational and green areas to be established are mutually connected via the riverside promenade, stimulating thereby the development of the city.

    Our goal is to develop a new integral city district in Narva-Jõesuu, where it is equally pleasant to live as well as rest and which would serve as a dignified sea gate and would welcome those arriving by yachts and launches. The plans include construction of a small-craft and fish harbour, which enables to continue with the long-lasting fishing traditions, offering various work and leisure time opportunities for both, the local inhabitants as well as the tourists.
